Focus Team
Planning and fundraising
Over the years, e-IUS has gained a significant amount of experience in assisting non-profit entities and in particular Third Sector entities.
Over time, a network of professionals with a great deal of management experience in foundations and non-profit organisations has increasingly consolidated. These professionals, some with senior roles in non-profit organisations, have a recognised experience in grant-making and ex-ante selection management, in itinere monitoring and ex-post evaluation of complex projects, asset management and financial investments, planning and funding through calls for tenders, drafting social budgets, start-up management & change management, training, corporate & philanthropy fundraising and individual giving. The ambition of e-IUS is not just to directly assist the non-profit sector, but also to create opportunities for exchange and comparison between third sector organisations that can, over time, enable peer-to-peer learning, possibly also through specific practices (e.g. job shadowing).
The firm has also, over time, assisted numerous corporate entities in conceptualising and then setting up and launching their own philanthropic venture, in accordance with the company’s sustainability policies.
