Corporate Welfare
The e-IUS’s professionals have gained considerable experience in corporate welfare, a complex set of measures and treatments implemented by the employer in favor of employees and aimed at fostering their social welfare, not only as individuals but also within the corporate.
In the last decade, e-IUS professionals have assisted multinational groups and noncommercial entities with direct taxation and value-added tax in corporate welfare issues, health funds, bilateral entities, trade unions, and the third sector.
With a dedicated focus team, e-IUS Professionals assist clients in accessing the corporate welfare incentive tools introduced by the Legislature as of the Budget Law of 2016 and assist them in the development of appropriate plans that, from a labor and tax law perspective, allow for an increase in productivity and competitiveness.
Also, the Professionals’ advice is aimed at trade associations to negotiate , draft and update collective labor agreements.
