The professionals at e-IUS have always paid special attention to social issues and the nonprofit sectors. Over the years, considerable skill has been gained in the Third Sector and Social Economy, thanks to experience of the founding partners, Mr. Gabriele Sepio.

He has contributed in coordinating the Technical Committee for the reform of the Third Sector at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, and has been appointed as an expert in the National Council of the Third Sector until June 2021 and currently has been engaged as secretary-general of Terzjus.

In this area, e-IUS professionals have gained experience in assisting nonprofits entities in all topics related to the Reform of the Third Sector initiated by Delegated Law No. 106/2016, intend to access the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS).

e-IUS, through a dedicated focus team, deals with the drafting of opinions on legal-tributary matters, preparation of deeds of incorporation and statutes, statutory adjustments to the provisions of the Code of the Third Sector (Legislative Decree No. 117/2017) and Legislative Decree No. 112/2017, preparation for entities of the social budget, advice on the Third Sector and Law No. 166/2016 (so-called Anti-Waste Law).

e-IUS assists entities in philanthropy, in the procedures of incorporation and recognition, as well as, management of assets.
